Episode 3 Guarding Your Strength

What does it really mean to guard your strength?

In this episode, we break down the warning in Proverbs 31:3—“Do not give your strength to women, your ways to those who destroy kings”—and connect it to the story of Samson and Delilah.

Samson was chosen, anointed, and powerful—but he didn’t lose his strength overnight. He lost it through repeated compromise, emotional attachment, and a lack of discipline. The same thing still happens today.

This episode goes deeper than relationships. We talk about how addictions, distractions, and unchecked desires can slowly drain the strength God gave you—whether that’s lust, validation, habits, or anything that pulls you out of alignment.

If you’re called to lead, build, and walk in purpose, you can’t afford to give your strength away.

This is a wake-up call to:

  • Recognize what’s draining you
  • Break free from cycles that weaken you
  • Protect your energy, discipline, and calling
  • Move like someone who understands what’s at stake

Because the truth is—what destroys kings doesn’t always look dangerous at first.
